FlexCatch is an online platform on which freelancers can offer their products and services and clients/customers can order products and services. In order to use the services of FlexCatch, your personal data is collected and processed by FlexCatch.
FlexCatch will process and use your personal data in a safe and careful manner, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For questions about your privacy, please contact info@flexcatch.nl.

Application
FlexCatch is responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this privacy statement. FlexCatch is located in (1051 BL) Amsterdam and is registered in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 81945035.
Which personal data does FlexCatch process?
FlexCatch processes your personal data because you use the services of FlexCatch. We use the following data for the following purposes:
Exercise of services
FlexCatch processes data that you provide yourself when placing your order. When you place an order, the following data is processed:
- Name
- Address details
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Payment details
- Comments (if applicable)
This data is processed on the basis of the execution of the agreement. It is necessary for the execution of your order, confirmation, payment and possible refund.
Payment processing via Stripe
For payment processing, FlexCatch uses Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Your payment details are processed directly by Stripe. FlexCatch has concluded a processor agreement with Stripe. Stripe’s privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/en/privacy.
Rating
When you place a review about the FlexCatch platform and/or the ordered services, the following data is processed:
- Name (if provided)
- E-mail address
- Rating
The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You can withdraw your consent by submitting a request for deletion of your personal data.
Customer service
If you contact FlexCatch customer service, the following data will be processed:
- Name
- Address details (if applicable)
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Payment details (if applicable)
- Comments (if applicable)
This data is processed on the basis of the execution of the agreement, to answer your question as best as possible.
Newsletters
If you register for newsletters from FlexCatch, the following data will be processed:
- Name
- E-mail address
The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending a request to info@flexcatch.nl.
Age
FlexCatch does not intend to collect data about website visitors younger than 16 years of age. However, FlexCatch cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. FlexCatch therefore advises parents to be involved in the online activities of children to prevent data from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that FlexCatch has collected personal data from a minor without permission, please contact info@flexcatch.nl. FlexCatch will then delete this data.
Automated decision making
FlexCatch does not make decisions based on automated processing that can have (significant) consequences for people. The personal data that FlexCatch works with is always assessed by a person.
How long does FlexCatch store personal data?
FlexCatch will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. FlexCatch will delete most personal data 1 year after placing your order. FlexCatch is legally required to keep invoicing and financial administration data for 7 years. After this period, your personal data will be deleted and/or anonymized.
Sharing personal data with freelancers
FlexCatch provides your personal data (name, contact details and assignment description) to the freelancer selected by you, so that the assignment can be executed. The freelancer bears its own responsibility for the processing of your personal data in the context of the assignment. FlexCatch concludes an agreement with freelancers to ensure an equivalent level of security and confidentiality.
Sharing personal data with other third parties
FlexCatch will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data will not be provided to other third parties unless mandatory laws and regulations require this. FlexCatch concludes a processor agreement with companies that process your data on its behalf (such as Stripe). FlexCatch remains responsible for these processing operations.
View, adjust or delete personal data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing and the right to data portability. You can submit a request at any time via info@flexcatch.nl. FlexCatch will assess your request as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. FlexCatch is entitled to verify your identity when you submit such a request.
Deletion of personal data will not take place insofar as storage is required by law. When a request for deletion is granted, the personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
Third party websites
The FlexCatch platform contains links to companies with which FlexCatch cooperates. FlexCatch selects these websites with care, but is not responsible for how your personal data is processed and secured by these third parties.
Security
FlexCatch takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. If you suspect that your personal data is not properly secured or if there are indications of misuse, please contact info@flexcatch.nl.
Change of privacy statement
FlexCatch reserves the right to change this privacy statement. You will always find the most recent version on the FlexCatch website. If a change affects the way FlexCatch processes your personal data, you will be informed by e-mail.
Objection and complaint
You can object to the processing of your personal data by contacting FlexCatch at info@flexcatch.nl. FlexCatch also points out that you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via:
